The Aqualand is an amusement park that covers 125,000 square meters, and it offers numerous activities that can be enjoyed in or out of water. Hydropolis

Hydropolis is Corfu' s newest waterpark, the only one in the north of the island, and is much more than just a splish-splash venue. The Park, which extends over a large estate of landscaped gardens near Acharavi, not only has 9 giant slides 15 mini slides and pools for water-babies, but also offers all the facilities of a complete sports and leisure centre.
At the heart of the park is the pool complex, which features the giant slides, such as the VORTEX SPACE BOWL that is unique in Greece, the SCREAMING HYDROTURBO, the VERTIGO FALL, etc. and the Lazy River. in the large happenings pool take place water volley and water basket games, as well as aqua aerobics. Out-of-the-water sports include tennis, basketball and volleyball on synthetic grass courts, beach volley on sand, table tennis, trampoline, badminton, etc. Fitness enthusiasts have the use of the fully equipped open-air gym. And of course, at any time one can take time out for refreshment, cafι offering specially treated water for better taste, or special ice cream at the lazy bar and excellent food at the restaurant.
With its special facilities for children, Hydropolis is a paradise for the youngsters featuring a children's pool with mini-slides adjoins, an adventure playground in the water, a farm with horses, ostriches, geese, ducks, etc., so that the fun continues both in and out of the water.
For midday relaxation one may rest on the hillside by the finished forest over the 'ancient' theatre.
The park management has overlooked nothing for guests' enjoyment and comfort, with 70 activities and services providing for every possible need throughout the day. Among them are a minimarket, lockers, safety deposit boxes, and fully equipped infirmary with specially trained ersonnel.
Qualified lifeguards supervise the pool area in case of any spills amongst the thrills.
Hydropolis is easy to reach since the Kassiopi - Sidari bus passes the gate, with a stop just a few metres away. The waterpark is a few minutes walk from the centre of Acharavi and 10 minutes drive from Kassiopi.

Horse Riding

For nearly twenty years, Costas has been running guided horse-riding treks from Roda throughout the whole of the holiday season. With forty calm and well-trained horses there is something for all ages and all levels of ability.
The perfect holiday activity for the whole family, Costas offers safe, supervised rides with full insurance, hard hats and complimentary drinks en route. For those staying in the north of Corfu, Costas provides free transfer for anyone staying in Acharavi, Roda and Sidari and even Arillas or Kassiopi at a small extra charge.
You can find Costas’ Horses in a shady olive grove by the sea, right on the edge of Roda just two minutes walk from the Afroditi Hotel and local bus stop. The two hour rides begin four times every day and set off across the wild headland and along Roda’s lanes & tracks towards the beach at Agnos. The trail affords riders some magnificent views of the Albanian mainland, Astrakeri harbour and the island of Erikoussa before turning back inland through open meadows to stop for a cool and refreshing drink. Retracing the same route brings riders back to the olive grove where photographs are available to record a wonderful time spent with Costas’ Horses.
Depending on dayligh t hours, Costas’ daily treks set off at 09:00, 11:00, 17:00 & 19:00 and it is recommended that all riders wear long trousers and either flat shoes or trainer.
The charge for each rider is €15, or €13 per person for groups of five or more. Children under the age of four ride free.

You can do this in person by walking up to the olive grove when the treks are just leaving. Some travel Offices both in Roda and in other local resorts also take bookings for the rides.
