Villa Kefi is a brand new villa located on Corfu's stunning North East coast with striking panoramic sea views overlooking the majestic Albanian mountains with truly stunning sunsets.
The villa is located in the village of Loutses situated on the green hillside offering breathtaking views of the NE coast and the Albanian mountains.
Loutses is a small village located 10 minutes drive from Kassiopi with its beautiful restaurants, friendly people and a gorgeous harbour. Just past Loutses is the UNESCO World Heritage site of Old Perithia with its famous tavernas and crumbling stone buildings. Just down the hill is Perithia with 2 friendly tavernas and 2 mini markets.

Accomodation

The outdoor area boasts a bespoke stone wall solar heated swimming pool, beautiful gardens and an attractive rustic summer kitchen which includes a bar and a large BBQ with beautiful alfresco dining making sure you will have the most magical evenings with family and friends watching the memorising sunsets.
The ground floor is open plan. The kitchen area is a well stocked with everything you could wish for. Leading on into the living room with a stunning fireplace. Underfloor heating throughout.
The mezzanine floor is open plan to the living area. There is a kingsize bed, a day bed and a quirky open plan bathroom with a roll top bath, sink and toilet.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. One is a kingsize with an ensuite shower room and a twin room with a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have generous wardrobes and drawer space. They both lead out on to the swimming pool. All rooms have air-conditioning.

Information

Each of our luxury Corfu holiday villas is provided with a twice a week maid service for your convenience. The maid will be on hand every three to four days to perform general cleaning duties at both Villa Julia and Villa Yvonne.
Both properties have their own private swimming pool, with an infinity waterfall and Jacuzzi at Villa Julia. The pools are professionally maintained throughout the year and are clean and safe.
Just because you're on holiday doesn't mean you want to switch off completely and free internet access is provided for your use throughout the villa and grounds.
The living areas in both villas are equipped with a large flat screen TV, Freeview and access to three English-language movie channels is included.
Both properties are furnished with all modern conveniences including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and coffee maker.
